Team Evoy is back from Boot Düsseldorf 2024, the world’s largest and most international yacht and watersports show. 214,000 visitors came from 120 countries to network, discover, buy, and sell. Here are Evoy’s exciting highlights from this key boat marketing platform.

Nimbus and Alukin displayed their energy efficient concept boat, the Ocean Air 8, with Pascal Technologies and an Evoy motor system at Boot. The boat drew a crowd of boat enthusiasts keen to see a game-changing advancement in sustainable boating.
The Ocean Air 8 is the first aluminum boat of its kind that uses Pascal’s innovative AirHull technology to reduce friction between the hull and the water, lowering the boat’s energy consumption and increasing range for electric propulsion by up to 50%. It’s powered by an Evoy Outboard Breeze 120+hp electric motor system with a top speed of 30 knots and a cruising speed of 20 knots. The boat is built with fully recyclable aluminum, further contributing to reducing the environmental impact.

Evoy is proud to be a part of the project with these Scandinavian thought-leaders.
Evoy CEO Leif Stavøstrand and Axopar CEO Jan-Erik Viitala teamed up at a buzzy press conference 22nd January at Boot. The two leaders were pleased to announce they’re working together to offer electric Axopar 22 and Axopar 25 boats in summer 2024.
The Axopar 22 is powered by the Evoy Outboard Breeze 120+ hp; the Axopar 25 by the Outboard Storm 300+ hp. This announcement comes after extensive prototype testing; both companies are very happy with the outcome.
Axopar aims to offer these electric boats at the award-winning Axopar x Agapi boat clubs in tempting holiday locations throughout Europe which are ideal for enjoying day boating. The collaboration taps into the huge rise of interest in electric boats. The clubs provide the perfect environment for customers to find out more — test-driving a new experience and new technology before purchasing.

Evoy is happy to announce our new partnership with Hanse Hungaria as the official representative of Evoy in Hungary. The dealership is near beautiful Lake Balaton, the largest lake in Central Europe, which has banned boats with combustion engines.
‘We have a very special market near Lake Balaton. We wanted to step into the electric propulsion market and we were taking our time researching the best solution,’ says Peter Lindwurm of Hanse group. ‘Our customers want high-end products and this is something we can offer with Evoy. We are very happy to be onboard.’
Hanse Hungaria will display a sleek Ryck 280 demo boat powered by an Evoy Outboard Storm 300+ hp motor and two 63kWh batteries.
As restrictions on European lakes tighten, with a heightened focus on environmental protection and emissions reduction, boat dealers are gearing up for the rising demand in electric boating. Evoy looks forward to announcing more dealers in our growing global dealership network soon.
