As the year draws to a close, we reflect on all that has happened during 2022. It has certainly been a year filled with change and challenges, but it has also provided opportunities for growth and advancement for Evoy.
The political landscape and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic have had a significant impact on the world this year, but the interest in green technology is still on the rise, and we see an increase in demand for our electric motor technology products as a result. We have also made great stride in expanding our reach and partnering with new customers and organizations, as well as growing our number of staff. Attending several events this year in Norway and Europe gives us the opportunity to showcase our systems in person. With customers in eleven different countries, including Canada and Australia and the number of inquiries we receive is incredible, and the interest only seems to be getting stronger. New and exciting partnerships have been signed and we are excited to announce some major high premium boatbuilders in the new year.
When looking ahead to the coming year, we are excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what is possible with green technology. We have many exciting projects in the works, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds. Thank you for your continued support and belief in our mission.
This years Christmas Gift from Evoy went to Redd Barna and the amazing work they do for children in need!
We wish you peaceful Christmas celebrations with family and friends, and we want to invite you down memory lane from 2022 below!
We hit a big milestone addressing a major void in the electric propulsion market by launching the Electric Breeze 120+ hp inboard and outboard motor systems.
Goldfish Boats launched a partnership with Evoy. Goldfish and Evoy will launch a series of electric X10 (single installation) and 43 Ocean (twin installation) of the hurricane 400+ hp inboard, to be delivered in 2023.
To wrap up the year, we also received some great news for the electric boating industry. The Swedish-Norwegian electric boat charging project will create the conditions for establishing a charging infrastructure in marinas between Gothenburg and Strömstad, into the Oslo Fjord and southwards across the Skagerack to the Norwegian city of Kristiansand, installing 400 charging points.
It is making it easier for boat owners to transition to electric power, which is a major milestone for the industry to help accelerate the shift towards more sustainable boating practices.
We are thrilled to see this progress being made, as it aligns with our own mission to promote green technology and sustainable practices. We believe that electric boating is the way of the future, and we are excited to see it gaining more mainstream adoption.
These news are just one example of the many ways in which the world is moving towards a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future. We are confident that this trend will continue in the coming years, and we are committed to doing our part to contribute to this important transition.
See you on the flipside!
